2020 has not been kind. Due to the spread of the coronavirus and the mixed response in handling the pandemic, there are many facing harsh economic troubles. Unemployment has ascended and there are no doubt a slew of evictions that have passed already with many more to come in a struggling economy for 2021. If you’re lucky enough to have made it out of 2020 relatively unscathed in terms of rent and mortgage payments, knowing this information is enough to make one feel despair about the current situation for those less off.
