A Will Ferrell-worthy pop-up bar has arrived this year. And we’re just as elfin’ exciting as you are.
Opened through January 31 and inspired by the light-hearted Christmas comedy, this pop-up bar is doing the bustling duty of spreading the Christmas cheer in a world full of practical adults. Doing this of course in the most extravagant way and with lots and lots of alcohol. Head to toe, Elf’d Up is doused in giant Christmas ornaments, twinkling lights, wreath chandeliers, elves dangling from every crack and corner, pine cone garlands, gifts protruding from the walls, and, of course, the 5-foot cardboard standup of Buddy, nor the infamous upside down and 10-foot Christmas trees.
If that doesn’t scream Christmas cheer, the varying holiday-oriented festivities sure do. Join Elf’d Up Happy House featuring Christmas-themed cocktails and holiday menu items like Buddy’s Breakfast Pasta that includes spaghetti, topped with maple syrup, chocolate fudge, and mini marshmallows (not gonna lie, it’s actually good). Ornament Decorating Night is some fun arts and crafts sessions adults need more of and, if you stay until 10pm, you’ll be gifted with complimentary Santa Cookies served daily.
Here’s a further rundown on these special highlights.
