City Winery’s Heated Domes Return to the Chicago Riverwalk This Fall

Fall season on the Riverwalk just got a little cozier.

City Winery is bringing back their popular heated and transparent domes, allowing patrons to enjoy the scenic Chicago Riverwalk in a luxurious way. Since last spring, the famous Chicago winery and music venue has erected seasonal dome-like structures for guests to view the beautiful Riverwalk scene while being protected from the weather in a private couple or group setting. Dine under the shelter of the City Winery domes in Marina Plaza this season between Wednesday, October 16 – Saturday, November 30.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but each dome at City Winery by the Riverwalk is outfitted with a Bluetooth® speaker, a heater, gorgeous lighting, and plush seating and furniture by Wayfair Professional. Whether it’s raining, snowing, or just too chilly to eat outside, City Winery will keep you protected, warm, and cozy inside their weather-proof, climate-controlled structures. Sessions in the domes last for two and a half hours as guests enjoy tap wines and an alfresco-style menu, plus live performances, all while taking in the breathtaking Chicago skyline.

Interested parties can book a reservation now on OpenTable with City Winery near the Riverwalk for one of their four smaller domes that seat two to eight guests or one of their two larger domes that seat parties of 14. Last year, pricing at this Chicago winery was $85 per person, which included a $60 food and beverage minimum per person, so we assume the same will apply this season. All guests must be 21+.

We can’t wait to see the domes go up later this month at City Winery by the Riverwalk! Finding them should be just as easy as navigating the Riverwalk, but if you’re not quite sure where this Chicago winery falls on the map, we can help you find it.
