One of the newest additions to the Roosevelt Collection in the South Loop is Pacino’s, an Italian restaurant that specializes in Sicilian-inspired dishes. With a warm and inviting atmosphere that matches the food, the restaurant that opened on November 15th has already been garnering some attention in the area with dishes like the Sicilian Artichoke and Pesto Pollo Pizza.
The menu features a wide range of different Italian dishes includes antipasti, pizza, salad, pasta, meat entrees, and seafood entrees. The Siciliana Meatballs are the perfect starter and will not disappoint, and you can’t go wrong with their Pizza al Pepperoni for dinner.
If you’re looking for something without meat, Pacino’s at the Roosevelt Collection offers many vegetarian options like Eggplant Parmigiana and Gnocchi alla Sorrentina which is made with homemade gnocchi, marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and garlic.
And what Italian restaurant would be complete without a veal option? Pacino’s has four dishes, Vitello Parmigiana, Vitello Saltimbocca, Vitello Piccata, and Vitello Marsala, which can be ordered with either chicken or veal.
Cocktails take the menu to greater heights, as Pacino’s puts modern twists on classic favorites. Enjoy Cloud Cover with gin, Giffard, lime, and a lemon twist, a Candied Bacon Old Fashioned with bourbon, maple syrup, orange bitters, candied bacon, and orange peel, and the Pacino’s Sunrise with rye whiskey, Aperol, amaro, and lemon. Wine and craft beer flow in abundance at Pacino’s, too.
