Hubbard Inn’s Harry Potter Experience Is Going to Be Siriusly Riddikulus

Get ready for a very deathly Halloween this year.

Hubbard Inn is hosting a series of Harry Potter-themed events and we can’t contain our excitement, even though some of us have the emotional range of a teaspoon.

We solemnly swear that every single one of the 13 Days of Wizardry will be filled with magical concoctions and decor that’s darker than the sixth Harry Potter movie. From Friday, October 19 through Wednesday, October 31, witches and wizards alike are welcome to take part in themed events and a bottomless butter beer brunch.

Starting things off is the Hubbard 9 3/4 Kickoff Weekend Party, in which you’ll have a chance to win a VIP trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and an HP-themed cocktail with the purchase of your ticket. Any additional dark wizard cocktail you order will put your name in again for this incredible lottery. But don’t worry if you can’t make it on opening night; there will be plenty of other chances to win that trip in the following days.

Come for The Happy Hour That Must Not Be Named and stay for the Muggle Movie Marathon. Dinner in the Great Hall under the enchanted ceiling in Hubbard Inn’s dining area is bound to be scrumptious, complete with Butter Beer Cheese Soup, Scotch “Dragon” Egg, and Treacle Tart for dessert.

The decor nods to classic Harry Potter locations, like Platform 9 3/4, Harry’s bedroom, the Great Hall, and the Common Rooms, taking inspiration from Diagon Alley in Gringotts, Ollivander’s, and The Leaky Cauldron. There will, of course, be Triwizard Trivia, plus a trip to the dungeons for Snape’s Potions Class, where you’ll have to put away your foolish wand-waving and silly incantations for Leaky Cauldron-themed mixology. Topping it all off with a Ladies Night: A Witches Delight on Halloween, Hubbard Inn’s 13 Days of Wizardry is truly a magical experience.
