Mindy Segal is the queen of all things sweet in Chicago. A James Beard award-winning pastry chef, Mindy opened Hot Chocolate in 2005 with the express purpose of serving up amazing brunch, lunch, dinner and, of course, dessert to Chicagoans. In addition to its hot chocolate, this Wicker Park mainstay is famous for its breakfast items and unbelievable pastries, making Mindy’s one of the most exclusive Saturday morning reservations around town.
