Are you getting married and looking for a wedding dress OR just looking to support a good cause?
Wish Upon A Wedding is holding its first designer wedding dress sale on April 29 and 30 at The Lakewood at Paramount Events Chicago. The event will have more than 1,000 designer wedding dresses to choose from, donated from former brides and boutiques. The sale will feature dresses from designers like Vera Wang and Hayley Paige and the event will offer at least 200 dresses from BHLDN, Anthropologies’ designer wedding dress line. No worries, the used wedding dresses have been cleaned and look good as new!
Wish Upon A Wedding is a national nonprofit that grants weddings and vow renewals to couples facing serious illness or serious health complications. The organization survives on help from volunteers and donations, and 75 percent of earnings from this event will go towards future weddings. The organization has helped over 100 couples say “I Do” since they launched in January 2010.
These dresses will range from $150 – $1,500 in sizes 0-24. Perfect for finding your dream dress on even the tightest budget. Cash and credit are accepted.
