Calling all Star Wars fans, sci-fi nerds and, well, anyone who loves a good theme party – a Star Wars inspired pop-up bar is opening in NYC starting November 15th!
Known only as the Dark Side Bar, this new intergalactic venture is brought to you by the same creative-evil-geniuses who thought up the wildly popular Anchorman themed joint, Stay Classy, and Beetle House, a New York favorite for all things macabre.
Opening later this month at a yet-undisclosed location, The Dark Side Bar will feature nightly parties an events including a Galaxy-wide burlesque show, themed DJ sets, trivia and other games of chance through January 15th. Visitors can also expect a menu of custom cosmic drinks and dark side small plates.
While customers are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite space-geared garb, those dressed in regular-old clothes will also be admitted, albeit begrudgingly. And though some walk-ins will be welcome, those of you dead-set on checking out Dark Side are asked to make a reservation, which at $33 per person and including two signature drinks is a total steal.
