Skeptic Distillery owner and master distiller Karl Loepke is the king of innovation, even working on a special release not yet available to the public that calls forth a perfect blend between gin and tequila, called Ginquila. Though Skeptic Distillery doesn’t have a current taproom, you can taste their liquors on the shelves of Chicago bars or take a tour of their facilities, complete with sample pours, if you make an appointment.
