This is how to holiday shop and have fun while you’re at it
Gift-giving has never been easier or more fun at the 16th annual One of a Kind Show, Holiday Edition. Held at the Merchandise Mart, shoppers will find more than 600 talented artists from across North America and thousands of original handmade gift options. Clothing, purses, accessories, bath & body, jewelry, pet food, kids, toys, fiber art and much more are just some of the selections.
But shopping is just the beginning. With gourmet food, fashion shows, musical entertainment from the Old Town School of Folk Music and a Fine Art Gallery, One of a Kind provides tons of fun, while getting all of your holiday shopping done in one easy stop.
The Show runs Thursday, December 1, 11am – 8pm through Friday, December 2, 11am – 8pm; Saturday, December 3 10am – 7pm and Sunday, December 4 10am – 5pm.
NEW this year! The Emerging Market will feature spaces dedicated to 40 talented up and coming artists, designers, and makers.
Enjoy a wonderful variety of gourmet food without leaving the Show. Grab a seat for lunch or a snack. All cafés include bar service, which means you can shop and sip at the same time!
Walk through the show’s Fine Art Gallery to enjoy a curated exhibition of fine art and sculpture on the show floor.
For tickets, go to oneofakindshowchicago.com. Tickets are good for all 4 days. A portion of all ticket sales will benefit the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. Adults (ages 13+) tickets are $12, Early Access Ticket is $20 which provides Early Admission on Thursday, December 1 at 10:00 am. Admission ticket is valid for all four days but early admission ONLY on Thursday, December 1.
