One of Chicago’s favorite neighborhood street festivals, Do Division, returns this weekend with incredible live music, good eats, and cold drinks. This West Town festival staple kicks off on Friday, June 2nd and goes through Sunday, June 4th—taking place on Division St. between Damen and Leavitt. The event will feature local vendors and tunes programmed by The Empty Bottle and Subterranean. In addition to two live music stages, patrons can enjoy a wide variety of local shopping, food, and plenty of ice cold beer, including varieties from local favorite Goose Island Beer Co., as well as spirits from White Claw and Deep Eddy.

In addition to live music, Do Division is a celebration of local; highlighting local restaurants, food trucks, food and retail vendors, and local corporate sponsors. The Family Fun Fest features a petting zoo, mega slide, kids music and more. This kid-friendly section makes the fest perfect for bringing the entire family out to enjoy the atmosphere. The Family Fun Fest will be open Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm and located on the blocks of Hoyne and Crystal. And finally, the Do Division fashion show ‘Do Fashion’ is one of the best features to any street festival this season. The West Town stretch between Ashland and Leavitt is a wonderful fashion district and the Do Fashion features local retailers and a full on catwalk fashion show for festival goers.
Do Division is a free event that requests a $10 donation upon entry. Be sure to check out this gem of a street festival this weekend in Chicago’s West Town/Wicker Park neighborhood!
