Wild Onion X Maddon’s Post Beer Dinner
One of Chicago’s hottest restaurant openings of 2019, Maddon’s Post, an Italian and Polish restaurant inspired by the first generation heritages of James Beard Award-winning Chef-Partner Tony Mantuano and legendary Cubs Manager Joe Maddon, is hosting a festive fall beer dinner with Midwest brewery Wild Onion. Expect handcrafted Italian and Polish fare from Executive Chef Aaron Thebault (who served as Stephanie Izard’s right-hand man for eight years at Girl and the Goat) expertly paired with Wild Onions custom beers.

Smooth and malty IPA, with a focus on Citra hops to provide a tangy, juicy finish.
Pumpkin Ale
Style: Spiced American Ale
Crisp ale brewed with spices and hints of pumpkin pie and rich malty aroma.
2018 coffee Drago Barrel aged stout
Style: Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel-aged stout with coffee
Flavors of dark unsweetened chocolate, coffee, caramel, anise. As well as oaky vanilla and warm bourbon notes.
