The Roaring ’20s Cocktail Class at Summer House Santa Monica – Chicago

The Roaring Twenties are back at Summer House Santa Monica – Chicago! Usher in 2020 with an interactive cocktail class led by Summer House Wine Director Bobby Joe Rinaldo. Flapper dresses and bowler hats aside, this mixology class will take you through the history of spirits, and show you how to remix classic drinks. Tickets include complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Limited spots available. Featured cocktails made will be Vieux Carré: rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, benedictine, angostura, peychaud’s – stirred, rocks; Corpse Reviver No.2: gin, lillet, cognac, lemon, absinth and Smash: rum, amaro, aperol, lemon, mint.
