Chef Series Oyster Hall of Fame Dinner

To kick off Oyster Fest, Shaw’s Chicago will host a Chef Series dinner on October 1 at 6:30 PM with four of Chicago’s top chefs including Chef Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde, Chef Stephen Gillanders of S.K.Y, Chef Erling Wu-Bower of Pacific Standard Time. and Chef Arnulfo Tellez of Shaw’s Crab House. The four-course dinner features a dish from each of these chefs and beverage pairings by Shaw’s award-winning sommelier Kat Hawkins.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Vibrant For All, which “helps people achieve mental and emotional wellbeing with dignity and respect.” In addition to supporting a great cause, this special dinner also celebrates the 2019 Oyster Hall of Fame Inductee J.P. Shellfish Inc.
