About the owner Gustavo Espinosa:
Espinosa’s path to restaurant ownership was anything but traditional. He honed his business mindset in the fast-paced world of nightclubs, rising through the ranks before pursuing his MBA and pivoting to the restaurant industry. His background in operations and marketing, coupled with a deep passion for service and hospitality, fueled his transition. After successfully opening multiple Jimmy John’s locations with his business partner, Espinosa sought a new challenge, taking over the helm of Wings and Rings in Bridgeport (343 S. Halsted) last November. His mission, to cultivate a strong team and establish the restaurant as a neighborhood cornerstone known for exceptional food and a vibrant atmosphere
