There are a lot, and we mean A LOT of different Chicago videos out there. It’s unsurprisingly really, given the size of the big city and all. Still, it can be difficult to pick and choose the bad from the good without actually sitting down and going through all of them.
Here at the Plugg, we have no lives, so that’s exactly what we did.

Yes, the name is pretty self-explanatory, but we’ll give you an overview anyway. Max Wilson, one of the best timelapse photographers around, put this video together over a period of two years. Needless to say, it’s worth a watch.
This Crazy Chicago Stuntman Will Leave You Breathless
Really though, if you have a fear of heights, you might want to just scroll down. If you’re feeling up to it, watch professional stuntman Ethan Swanson take on a daring hang from a crane overlooking a busy Chicago intersection. At one point he even lets go entirely, hanging only from the hand of his mysterious companion.
Chicago: A Bird’s Eye View VII – Summer in the City
Chicago is arguably at its best during the summer months, and this drone video captures that perfectly. This is one of those videos that makes you daydream of the warmer days while you stare blankly outside at the frozen tundra of Chicago.

It doesn’t get more official than Choose Chicago, the city’s official tourism branch. This unbelievable ad captures just about everything that makes Chicago, Chicago. You might even catch a little bit of a Windy City accent at the end.

When many of us were 18, we were too worried about the opposite sex, that upcoming chem test, and what we were going to wear tomorrow. Marcel Lesch is just a bit different than us, which he’s shown by doing things like capturing 9,000 photos of Chicago in just 36 hours. You know, normal teen stuff.
Christmas in Chicago
Our friends at The Outbound Life blessed us with this one just a few weeks ago, and even though it’s still fresh in our minds, we’re pretty sure the magic isn’t fading away anytime soon. Simply put, we’re already asking for more. Maybe Santa will gift it to us next year? (hint, hint, guys).
