Tasty Tuesday: The Taste of Andersonville Dinner Crawl

The Taste of Chicago may be over, but Chicago’s taste lives on!

The Taste of Andersonville Dinner Crawl is your latest chance to embrace your inner foodie, and it doesn’t disappoint (Could a dinner crawl ever disappoint?). The food extravaganza begins tonight at 6pm, so start making plans now.

Attendees can choose from the vegetarian friendly Salt Route or the Pepper Route, a meat eater’s delight. Either way, you’ll get to take a bite out of the neighborhood.

  • Ranalli’s– A selection of Ranalli’s signature thin-crust pizza
  • Lady Gregory’s– Macaroni & cheese (white cheddar garlic cream with cavatappi and a garlic crumb crust)
  • Middle East Bakery– Hummus, pita bread, baba ganoush, ful medames (fava bean stew)
  • Wooden Spoon– Wood-fired pizza made in our own backyard pizza oven

Can’t decide? Get the Whole Enchilada, a package that allows you access to both routes and all the food you can manage to stuff yourself with. Tickets for the two routes are $35 at the event. The Whole Enchilada package is $55.

 

The Taste of Andersonville Dinner Crawl takes place on Tuesday, August 11 from 6pm-9pm. You can pick up tickets from the Swedish American Museum, 5211 N. Clark Street.
