The Taste of Chicago 2019 Lineup is Here

The world’s largest food festival, Taste of Chicago, is back again for summer 2019.

And the Taste of Chicago 2019 lineup is AWESOME.

When is the taste of Chicago happening this year? It will be taking place July 10th-14th in Grant Park, the 39th Annual Taste of Chicago 2019 will feature 82 restaurants and food trucks spread out over all five days of feasting fun. With 41 permanent vendors, 24 specialty pop-up restaurants, 17 different food trucks, and 32 brand-spankin’ new participants, this year’s Taste of Chicago event will boast over 300 different menu items.

Now that’s a food fest.

But that’s not all. Taste of Chicago 2019 also has a variety of beverage tents to hold the adults over during your visit.

Entertainment comes in a wide variety, too. Between the free concerts at the Petrillo Music Shell and the star-studded lineup at the Goose Island Stage, there will never be a dull moment at Taste of Chicago.

Goose Island Stage – where all the headliners will be.
Petrillo Music Shell – showcasing some of the best local, up-coming artists.
The Theatre Garden – performances by Second City, Porchlight Musical Theatre, and other sketch and improv groups.
The Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club – performing The Mermaid Diva Show near Buckingham Fountain every day at 3 p.m.
Chicago SummerDance – offering free dance lessons at the Taste of Chicago 2019 festival in all kinds of styles at Buckingham Fountain Plaza each day from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Silent Disco – daily at the fountain from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Taste of Chicago Playground – a family-friendly hangout for everyone to enjoy.

There will also be plenty of mouthwatering cooking demonstrations by renowned Chicago and nationally acclaimed chefs at the Taste of Chicago 2019 festival at The Lifeway Foods Taste Kitchen at Buckingham Fountain Plaza: Chef Mary Nguyen of Saigon Sisters, Chef Martial Noguier of Bistronomic, Chef Michael Sheerin of Taureaux Tavern, and Chef Giancarlo Valera of Tanta Chicago.

The best part is that this is just a sneak preview of all the amazing things happening at the Taste of Chicago 2019 event.

If you’re wondering when the Taste of Chicago is happening this year, it will take place July 10th – 14th at Grant Park from 11 am – 9 pm on weekdays and 10 am – 9 pm on weekends. Entry to the event is totally free and drink and food tickets can be purchased in strips of 14 for $10 throughout.
