No, upon purchasing a pass, you’re granted a one-time use from now until the specified end date on your receipt.
Is a pass good at any of these locations?
Yes and no. You’ll have to purchase the pass for the specific location that you’d like to park at, but you can purchase it for any of them.
Can I reuse my pass if I don’t stay for the full twelve hours?
No, the pass is only good for one use.
What do I do when I get to the garage?
When you purchase parking, you’ll have the option of having a receipt emailed or texted to you. Additionally, you can print out the receipt at the end of the transaction. You’ll need the bar code to enter or leave the garage, so hold on to it and scan it as you arrive & depart from the location.
Can I take advantage of this special without purchasing it online first?
No, this special is only available through Chicago Genie. There is no other place online or elsewhere that offers $15 parking for up to 12 hours. If you wait until you arrive at the location, you’ll have to pay the posted rates.
