Armadillo Christmas Bazaar

Every year at the Palmer Events Center there is a spectacular market known as the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar. Extended this year from three days to a full week, this market runs from December 17th — December 23rd and showcases art from national and local award-winning artists, jewelry, clothing, decor, beauty, and tons of other goods perfect for everyone on your list. The event will also have live music and a full holiday pop-up bar!

Blue Genie Art Bazaar

6100 Airport Blvd, Austin, TX 78752

Blue Genie’s holiday market will kick off November 18th and run through Christmas Eve. It’s one of the best markets in town for one-of-a-kind items — they have everything. There are literally thousands of fantastic pieces to choose from, and if heading inside the bazaar itself feels a little overwhelming, they also have options for shopping online and even getting a personal shopper to give you a hand! 

The Front Market

7107 E Riverside Dr, Austin, TX 78741

The Front is an open-air market taking place at Ani’s Day and Night for four weeks this winter: November 12 – 13, November 19 – 20, November 26 – 27, and December 3 – 4, 2022. The market is self-described as 100% Family-friendly, dog-friendly, and human-friendly with free entry from 11 am – 5 pm. Shop pop-up vendor booths, enjoy sweet eats from homegrown menus, and listen to DJ sets.

A Christmas Affair

The Junior League of Austin (JLA) returns to Palmer Event Center November 16 – 20 for A Christmas Affair 2022: Night of the Nutcracker. Kick off the holiday season and join in the spirit of giving with the 47th annual holiday market benefitting The Junior League of Austin’s signature programs and nonprofit community partners.

German-Texan Christmas Market

507 E 10th St, Austin, TX 78701

Get into the holiday spirit by visiting the most authentic German Christmas Market in Texas. The German Free School and its gardens transform into a traditional German Christmas Market for members only on Saturday, November 26th, from 10am to 4pm and Thursday, December 1st, from 11am to 5pm, and open to the public on Saturday, December 3rd, from 10am to 5pm. Over 3,000 visitors attend this one day event. GTHS offers truly German Christmas decorations as they are imported from the Erzgebirge, an East-German region that is internationally known for it’s Christmas customs. Their famous German Glühwein (hot spiced wine) will be served and is an authentic Christmas Market must. Kid friendly with activities and St Nick walking around passing out gifts.

Holiday Mini Market

1500 E 4th St, Austin, TX 78702

Save the date for the Holiday Mini Market on Sunday, December 4th from 10 am – 4 pm at Distribution Hall, their new venue in East Austin! In addition to 60 vendors, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, tunes from local DJ, gift bags and brand activations. Coffee and food trucks available on site for purchase. Garage parking is available across the street and free street parking is nearby. Mini Market is always free to attend and open to the public.

Lone Star Holiday Market

12700 Hill Country Blvd, Bee Cave, TX 78738

The Lone Star Farmers market has had a holiday makeover! Every Sunday from 10 am – 4 pm, you’ll be able to shop your regular farmers market vendors, plus plenty of additional holiday-themed vendors, who bring with them gifts, art, and bites to eat.
