Johnny G’s Meat Market

11600 Menchaca Rd H, Austin, TX 78748

Johnny G’s is one of Austin’s oldest butcher shops, focusing on both locally sourced and more exotic meats. Their focus is exclusively on meats so you won’t be finding sides and desserts here, but you will find some of the nicest uncooked turkeys around!

The Backspace

1745 W Anderson Ln Ste 600, Austin, TX 78757

You may not think a pizza place would make the list of go-to establishments to order turkey from, but sure enough – the Backspace is a spectacular choice for a turkey this year! Their wood-fired turkeys have an herb braise, and you can get a whole one or half depending on your group size.
