There’s brunch, and then there’s Easter brunch. There’s something about mimosas and aggressive pastel outfits that just make brunch and Easter a combination made in heaven. No religious puns here, just some damn good orange juice and eggs benny. We think Easter bunch is so important that we put together an entire article for it. Try these Easter brunch specials at your favorite Austin restaurants.
The Easter Brunch Buffet will feature starters including Chilled Smoked Carrots, Yogurt Parfaits, Scrambled Eggs with Chives, Egg Muffin Sandwiches, a Baked Brie Cheese Bar, and Salad, Bread and Egg Stations. Entrees include a Carving Slow Roasted Angus Striploin, Rigatoni Pasta, Grilled Chicken, and much more. Brunch is complete with desserts including Carrot Cake, Rice Krispie Eggs Nest, Lemon Lover’s Bars, and Assorted Cheesecake. Adult tickets to attend are $89 per person for the buffet including beverages or $65 for the buffet only. Kids 12 and under can join the brunch for $20; kids five and under eat free. Guests can make reservations at Visconti Ristorante through their OpenTable linked here.
Los Olivos in Buda will be celebrating Easter with a brunch fit for all ages.The Easter brunch menu special will feature house made cinnamon rolls ($14), strawberry French toast ($14), and LOM Migas served with Disco De Oro chips ($14). Along with fabulous additions to the already delicious menu, there will be mimosa flights with different spring flavors to pick from (grapefruit, cranberry, orange, and pineapple) and an Easter egg decorating table for kids.
