It’s about time you tried the food from celebrated Chef Christopher Gross and his gastronomy team. Whether it’s their staples like Scottish Smoked Salmon, or something inventive like Chef Christopher’s Duck 2 Ways, you’re bound to enjoy and continue to crave whatever it is you eat from here. You can also complete any choice dish of yours from the menu with A-5 Wagyu beef, foie gras, or some caviar. Any of these choices can come on the courses you order from the Classics Menu. However, if you want more of a streamlined experience, you can order two courses from the Tasting Menu as well!

A steakhouse done right, this spot features many delicious turf and surf options alike. However, the “caviar” they boast on their menu isn’t what you’re thinking. Steak 44 does make some delicious fishy choices like the Hawaiian Poke appetizer or the seared Ahi Filet. However, it’s their dessert option of Triple Layer Key Lime Pie that features not only an almond graham cracker crust but a topping called “lime caviar.” This fine dining destination may not be offering fish eggs, but they do still have an opportunity for you to say you ate caviar!

It’s not a restaurant for fine dining, but it is the best spot to grab caviar in Phoenix to bring home. This Russian grocery mart is full of exotic meats and cheeses, imported beer and wine, and Russian staples like smoked fish and real Russian black caviar. This market features various European products, a wide selection of tea, and an on-site bakery! You’re going to find many snacks, staples, and beverages to enjoy all in one place at Yasha from Russia. You can even get delivery from the market to alleviate yourself of a trip if you need it!
