Nadine’s Bakery

Agave Pantry

LeCave’s Bakery

If you want high quality baked goods from an establishment that has been serving Tucson since the 1930s, you can’t go wrong with LeCave’s. This bakery has a large assortment of doughnuts, cream horns, tres leches cups, empanadas, cookies, and even pies. Their original 6th Avenue location was relocated to 22nd Street and has a drive thru, so no need to leave your car if you don’t feel like it. 

Mendez Bakery and Tortilla

Our next bakery opened up in the former LeCave’s location on 6th Avenue in 2019. Since opening, they have been doing very well! Thriving, in fact.  Authentic Mexican pastries like conchas and a variety of empanadas can be found at this bakery that also has fresh handmade tortillas and other sweets like doughnuts, croissants, danishes, and more! 

La Baguette Parisienne

Our next bakery has a variety of pastries and fresh bread you have to try! Their chocolate croissants and black and white cookies are very popular, and you can’t go wrong with fresh-baked baguettes. This cash-only establishment has been up and running since the ’80s, and we’re sure they’ll be around for decades to come. 

Village Bakehouse
