We all know exercise is good for your physical and mental health. Instead of promising to be in the gym more, why not take a walk in nature and enjoy the weather while it’s still nice out? The David Bell Multi-Use Path at Reid Park is a great starting point. This 3 mile loop is great for walking, running, or biking. Bring your dog for a nice walk, listen to your favorite tunes, and clear your head. What could be better?
Enjoy Natural Beauty
Fay Canyon Trail, Sedona, AZ 86336
If you want a little hiking action you have to go to Sedona. The views alone are incredible and the hiking trails are plenty. Check out the Fay Canyon trail! This 2.4 mile trail is pretty easy, but it’s one of the most beautiful parts of Sedona. You will have views of the red rocks surrounding you — and because it’s suitable for all abilities, you can feel comfortable bringing the kids along too.
Make Time for the Arts

Why not break up the monotony of everyday life and go see some awesome exhibits? Doing so is not only enriching for ourselves, but great for the community. Phoenix Art Museum has art from the Renaissance to present day. The museum is quite expansive, so you can be there for a while. Check out one of their permanent installations by world-renowned artist Yayoi Kusama. Experiencing this light installation is truly magical, so do yourself a favor and head on over to the Phoenix Art Museum ASAP.
