Stars Shine at Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscars 2026 Viewing Party
This one is going to stay in our minds for a long time. On March 15, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, once again, organized the Oscars viewing party, and it was really amazing. Elton John himself and his husband, David Furnish, along with their friends Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, were the hosts.
The evening not only brought some of Hollywood’s favourite stars together on a beautiful red carpet and included spectacular entertainment, but it also had a charitable auction that helped raise funds for the foundation’s important mission.
The guests such as Dua Lipa, Keke Palmer, Quinta Brunson, Orville Peck, and Sharon Stone, among others, appeared at West Hollywood Park and, by their presence, made the night even more memorable.

The very first celeb to grace the venue of Elton John’s Oscars 2026 viewing party was Sophia Bush, who in a dazzling full-glam sparkly dress attracted a lot of attention. Next to her, her girlfriend Ashlyn Harris decided to turn heads in a white suit combined with a lacy black bra.
Elton John and David Furnish, the main hosts of the event, who got married in 2014, were a perfect match in traditional black suits. On the other hand, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka went for navy and red suits, respectively.
The annual viewing party never fails to be a jam-packed happening and many celebrities decide to show their support for the foundation’s cause of healthcare accessibility and the fight against the LGBTQIA stigmatization. At the event, Lola Young was among the artists performing and she also revealed what made her come to the event.

Lola Young, Grammy winner, thanked Elton John and David Furnish for the support they have given to her.
“Getting closer to Elton and David has been wonderful and I am thankful for their support of my music,” she stated. “Performing at the party, to me, is like having a special moment that the world needs.
Their dedication to achieving the greatest good, is something that I highly value,” said Lola.
“It is such a great feeling attending a party where the concert and the evening raise so much money for AIDS.”
The fire of last year in Los Angeles took away the event, however, David Furnish still shared his desire for a good financial result this year to leverage the foundation’s long-term campaigning for AIDS.

Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars Party Hopes for Supportive Donations During Recovery
On March 10, David Furnish revealed to Variety the foundation’s endeavors after last year’s tragic Southern California fires in the discussion. “The philanthropic requests for Southern California were quite a few and very essential due to the fires,” he mentioned. “However, our ticket sales are actually very good this year. Besides that, we have a fantastic auction lined up and Neil and David are coming as our co-hosts. We are encouraging people to be generous.”
Elton John, who is a father to teenaged sons Zachary, 15, and Elijah, 13, has experienced various health scares recently. Notwithstanding these, he is positive and fighting back. David gave fans the good news: “He can be very well. He is in the process of fighting. He is staying active and looking ahead.”
