Each prepared package includes a choice of one entree and the options are a prime rib, Arizona honey glazed ham, and a roasted organic salmon with crusted pecan and maple glaze. The featured Christmas sides include an organic field greens salad with roasted butternut squash and pumpkin seeds, haricot verts with shallots and sweet butter, crispy brussels sprout casserole with caramelized onions and bacon, maple glazed organic carrots, mushroom risotto with Crow’s Dairy chevre, and fine herbs, herb-roasted red bliss potato, buttery mashed potatoes, and house-made aged cheddar biscuits. The desserts included in the takeout package are chocolate peppermint mousse, Emma’s Buche de Noel, and double chocolate chip cookies. The last day to place an order will be December 17th, and catered orders may be picked up at Tarbell’s on Christmas Eve.
