About The Purple Turtle Sports Bar and Grill
For over 60 years the Purple Turtle Bar and Grill has been a Maryvale favorite. The lively neighborhood tavern is located on 51st Avenue near Indian School Road in the Maryvale Terrace Shopping Center. Patrons can not only find some of the best drinks in the West Valley and a delicious menu featuring tasty treats like chili-cheese fries, onion rings, and fried mushrooms, but the Purple Turtle also offers premium off-track horse race betting. Stop by on Wednesdays for their Famous Wednesday Wing Special from 3 – 7 p.m. and get 10 fresh jumbo hot wings for $4.50.
