Pigtails is one of the newer additions to Desert Ridge Marketplace, and is a speak-easy style bar with a wall full of real plants. It is a very hip new concept, with amazing craft cocktails perfected by experienced bartenders. There is “shiplap” wall decor complete with copper details. And like any good speakeasy, there is a secret bookshelf you can exit through. The whiskey, organic vodka, and botanically infused gin – complete with fresh pairings (from the wall) – make for delicious drinks to suit any palate. This gem is perfect for a cute date night out or catching up with a friend. The ambiance is cozy yet feels somewhat excitingly exclusive.
