About Orpheum Theatre
The Orpheum Theatre, located on Adams street in downtown Phoenix, is one of Phoenix’s officially designated Historic Places. This alone makes a visit or a tour worth your while as there is history behind this building dating back to 1927. However, you can also catch a number of performances here including the Phoenix Opera, Ballet Arizona, concerts, Broadway musicals, and famous guest speakers. The other lesser known tour you can take is a ghost tour of the Orpheum – one of which is taken solely with a flashlight. Afterall, it is supposed to be one of downtowns most haunted buildings – spooky!
