Why Such a Big Deal?
Immersive Van Gogh is not the first ever immersive art show, but absolutely one of the most sought-after exhibitions. Since it’s initial launch, the exhibition has been nothing but a blockbuster. Wooing over 2 million visitors originally in Paris, the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit has since then conquered the art lovers in the States as well.
About
The Immersive Van Gogh art exhibit will take place at Lighthouse ArtSpace located at 4301 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ, 85251. This giant space is custom-designed to provide the best immersive experience to visitors of all ages.
The space uses a smart design so the physical environment essentially becomes a part of the exhibition. Imagine walking across the fields or surrounded by trees in a space mimicking the actual landscape. Turn your body into a part of the art show and fully explore the endless possibilities Van Gogh created.
Lay down, take a spin. Lean on the pillar, or gaze into the colorful lights.
Recreate Van Gogh’s art with your interaction and imagination.
Staying Safe With the Art
The Van Gogh art exhibit was originally scheduled to kick-off in July. Therefore, we’ve already delayed for an entire month out of concerns about the pandemic. Therefore, while we understand you’re tired of hearing us talk about masks, social distancing, etc, wouldn’t it be a bigger shame if we don’t get to enjoy the awesome events at all?
The Immersive Van Gogh exhibition in Scottsdale has strict social distancing rules. All guests must go through a temperature check upon arrival and you must have a face covering on the whole time. Throughout the venue, you will see floor markings (glowing white circles) placed according to social distancing requirements.
While this sounds strict, you can also have a ton of fun at the Van Gogh exhibit. For one, you can play circle skipping while interacting with the animated art projection. Alternatively, many have also been using these marks as meditation circles — now, isn’t that fun?
Keep in mind the price difference between peak and non-peak hours! This unique pricing structure makes the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit accessible to everyone while keeping people safe. The show also offers a fixed admission pass with a time limit at a lower price, and a flex-pass that allows you to arrive 2hrs before or after your ticketed admission time.
