Miranda Hope is speaking out after learning that her ex-husband Chase McWhorter kissed Secret Lives of Mormon Wives co-star Jessi Draper.

“Unfortunately I know this sort of thing pretty well, ” Miranda told Entertainment Tonight in a statement that was released on March 27. She confessed that she was aware the two were texting each other, but not that they had even kissed.

In fact, Miranda indicated that Chase was the one to tell her everything. “Chase was honest and told me that they were talking and that they kissed, ” she said. Besides, Jessi only got in touch with Miranda after Chase had already told her, and she even sent apology flowers the very day the rumors started going around.

Miranda has been trying to clarify her feelings saying, “One thing I would hate to be misunderstood about is that there is zero emotional connection with Chase. We are co-parents.” She stated that although she is simply disrespected by Chase, feeling of betrayal from her friend is a “downright slap.” and she also pointed out the fact that “girl code” is most sacred for her.
