Alan Ritchson will not be charged with criminal offenses after a fight with his neighbor caught on camera.
The 43-year-old actor was said by the police in Brentwood, Tennessee to have “acted in self-defense” in the situation with his neighbor, Ronnie Taylor. The investigation of the matter has been closed.
“After review of the available evidence, including the video footage and witness statements, the authorities have determined that no criminal charges will be made. Mr. Ritchson’s behavior was found to be self-defense, ” commented Brentwood Police Captain Steven Pepin to the Hollywood Reporter.
Pepin additionally revealed that Reacher’s actor didn’t want to press charges against Taylor.

Alan Ritchson will not face any charges for his altercation with his neighbor because local law enforcement in Brentwood, Tennessee, found the actor to be reasonable in his self-defense
Brentwood Police Captain Steven Pepin told The Hollywood Reporter that “he knew a reckless endangerment charge was possible, but Ritchson was not interested in pressing charges.” “Agreeing with the DA’s office, the case has been closed and no further actions will be taken, ” he said.
The actor’s one of the representatives has not yet responded to Page Six’s request for a comment.

The fight between Ritchson and his neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, took place last Sunday, when two young boys, who possibly are two of the actor’s three sons, were watching from their motorbikes. In a shocking video obtained by TMZ, Ritchson is shown striking Taylor several times while he was on his knees.

Alan Ritchson’s neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, has expressed his view of the conflict between him and the Reacher star.
Taylor narrated to TMZ that the argument started on Saturday, the day he accused Ritchson of speeding his motorcycle down their street. On the following day, Taylor claimed he was outside his house washing the bike when Ritchson twice passed by the house on the motorcycle.
“Second time, I came out in front of him and said, ‘You need to stop. Someone is going to get hurt, ‘” Taylor explained. He recognized that he had pushed the actor twice and said that was when the matter got out of control.
“I believe the second time he dismounted the bike, he really beat me, ” Taylor stated. “He struck me at the back of the head and I collapsed and protected myself.”
A clip lasting three minutes that seem to depict the event was posted on TikTok later and was supposedly recorded from a body camera attached to Ritchson’s chest, though Page Six was unable to verify the authenticity of the video.

Alan Ritchson’s Neighbor Shares His Version of the Fight with Actor

Alan Ritchson’s neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, has presented his perspective after a fight with the Reacher star.
According to Taylor, the trouble started Saturday when he accused Ritchson of racing his motorcycle through their street. Discussing the following day, Taylor said he was washing his bike in front of his house when Ritchson crossed by twice.
“When he came a second time, I went outside, blocked his way and said, ‘You have to stop. Somebody is going to get injured, ‘” Taylor stated. However, he confessed that he twice pushed the actor, which, he said, the whole issue got out of hand rapidly.
“I believe that the second time he got off his bike, and he punched me badly, ” Taylor remembered. “He hit me from behind my head. I fell to the ground and protected myself.”
Shortly after, a TikTok video of the event allegedly taken from a body camera attached to Ritchson’s chest was posted. However, Page Six couldn’t authenticate the video.
In the footage, Taylor blocked the way of Ritchson and two kids on motorcycles by standing in the middle of the road, which caused the actor to fall off his vehicle.

The two exchanged heated words before Ritchson mounted his motorcycle, revved the engine several times, and told Taylor, “f, king move.” However, Taylor still didn’t move as he shoveled both the bike and Ritchson twice. This provoked Ritchson to push Taylor down; then, he punched and kicked him.
Addressing the incident was not Ritchson’s choice when he was interviewed by the Daily Mail on Monday, but he later shared on Instagram a quote by Napoleon Bonaparte saying, “Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.”
