Influencer Tini Younger Updates on Newborn Daughter Following Loss of Twin
A couple of weeks after she revealed that one of the twin girls she was going to give birth to, Arya, passed away as a result of a placental abruption during delivery, Tineke “Tini” Younger is sharing with her followers the news of her and surviving twin L (baby B) still alive.
“Just wanted to hop on socials real quick and just let everyone know L (baby b) is doing good, we love her so much,” the 24-year-old wrote on Instagram alongside several photos of herself with her newborn.
“We remind her everyday about Arya and Arya definitely plays with her sister in her dreams, L loves to smile in her sleep,” she continued. “I really don’t know when I’ll be back, I’m still emotionally and physically very tired and trying to heal. I have had some complications after giving birth which I am still recovering from.”

In her final words, Younger expressed her gratitude to all who “send love,” recognizing the support her family and she have gotten.
Dating back to the nov. 26 facebook post revealing the tragic death of Arya, the young mother shared the news for the first time. “This isn’t the post I ever thought I would share after giving birth to twins, but sadly, earlier this week, we lost our sweet girl Arya (Baby A),” she explained in the post.

Tineke “Tini” Younger in her initial Facebook post of Nov. 26 revealed that she and her husband, Antoine Wright Jr., had almost reached the full term for their twin daughters when a tragedy hit.
“We made it to almost 36 weeks we were so close to being done and getting the girls to term but I had a placenta abruption and we lost our sweet girl. Her twin sister is doing really good and breathing on her own,” she explained.
“They are both so beautiful and Arya will always be celebrated, her sister will know that she is a twin and has a beautiful twin sister,” Younger added. “I will be taking a break, not sure for how long but I promise I will be back. I love you guys.”
She attached the post with black-and-white pictures of herself and Wright holding baby Arya lovingly in the hospital.

Placental abruption is a condition where “the placenta partly or completely separates from the inner wall of the uterus before delivery. This can lead to a reduction or total cutoff of the baby’s oxygen and nutrient supply and cause heavy bleeding in the mother,” says Mayo Clinic.
