Yael Poliavich was born in 1982 in Kyrgyzstan. Her mother, a music teacher at the M. Abdraev Republican Secondary Special Boarding Music School in Bishkek, impacted her growth most, acting as an example of a person who is committed and promotes high educational standards.

Yael Poliavich obtained a solid education at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic named after Zh. Abdrakhmanov, where she received comprehensive training and a degree in Economics, Finance, and Credit. After completing her studies, Yael Poliavich worked for many years as a finance professional.
