This month, you are turning the big 4-0. You have already had two friends tell you that “40 is the new 30!” and your young adult niece cheerfully advised you that she heard that “40 is actually the new 20!” While you appreciate these sentiments and you are looking forward to a nice celebration with close family, you also know your body is four decades old and it’s probably time to do certain things a bit differently.

You are happy with the way your skin looks overall and you don’t have many wrinkles, but you also know that you should probably do a few things differently at 40 than you did at 20. Get More Sleep
