Ryan Seacrest Puts Himself Through an “Intense Workout” to Prepare for Thanksgiving Feasting
Ryan Seacrest is surely not going to go easy on himself this Thanksgiving. On the eve of the holiday, a.k.a. Wednesday, Nov. 26, the 50‑year‑old TV-presenter and producer posted an Instagram Reel from his “intense workout session” with the words: “Today’s workout is a gift from the future me who will definitely be coming back for seconds.” The Reel was accompanied by the song “Bones” by Imagine Dragons.

On the video, Seacrest is seen doing dumbbell squats with a heavy weight and then he goes to a bench for a weighted crunch where he stabilizes himself with his core. A trainer is seen observing from the side as he goes through stomach-focused exercises with great energy, his sleeveless tank and black basketball shorts reflecting the fruits of his commitment. Fans were leaving lots of nice words in the comments section to motivate him — among them was radio host Tanya Rad, whose wedding Seacrest was the officiant at in March.

Seacrest is juggling the roles of a host, producer, and fitness enthusiast before the holidays and still, he told PEOPLE that he manages to get some sleep. “I do sleep. Everyone asks me, do I sleep? It’s like, I go to bed immediately, and I get a good night’s sleep,” the Wheel of Fortune host said in September — while also conceding, “But it’s pretty jam‑packed in between the sleeps.”
