PinkPantheress Cancels All 2024 Tour Dates to Focus on Her Well-Being: ‘I’ve Reached a Wall Which I Am Struggling to Penetrate Through’

Major Tours Cancellation That Occurred Abruptly

PinkPantheress has made a hard and painful decision to call off all the remaining tour dates for this year. This sudden announcement includes her highly anticipated opening slots on Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts tour and Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres world tour. The cancellation has come as a shock to fans who were really looking forward to seeing her on stage. Through her Instagram Stories, PinkPantheress broke the news to her followers by giving an explanation for this decision. She felt bad that she could not fulfill the scheduled performances. In writing this note, she reveals how heavy it had been emotionally for her just like most individuals would prioritize their health.

 

PinkPantheress reminded everyone about how important it was for her take some time off from working so as focus more on her physical fitness & mental wellness issues. Hitting a wall in her life which seemed impossible to overcome, was harder than anything else. “It appears I have reached a wall which I am struggling to penetrate through,” she stated. Placing much value on honesty, this statement captures all difficulties experienced by someone who needs often to be alone in order to recover.

Impacted Tours and Appearances

Various events where she was scheduled for was also part of those events canceled across various countries such as Australia and New Zealand among others. PinkPantheress noted specifically that she will no longer perform at GUTS tour, Field Day, Summer Sonic, FORM III Points or either in Australia or New Zealand countries. She would have been gracing these various occasions with their differentiating mannerisms being low-key energetic hence there absence obviously leaves their fans worried and organizers devastated too. For those that are disappointed that she had to call off the tour dates, PinkPantheress has expressed her deep apologies for it. She recognized how this could be felt by her fans and also thanked them immensely for their support. According to her, health and well-being remain her main concern as she approaches a better position in her return to performing.

PinkPantheress also gave thanks to her touring team, Olivia Rodrigo, and fans for contributing opportunities where she could enjoy singing. “I would like to thank all of you, as well as my touring team and Olivia for giving me the platform to perform some super fun shows,” she wrote. The message is meant to show gratitude towards the experiences and support received during live performance tours. Accordingly, PinkPantheress shared a little about herself with reference to how sad it feels not having a chance to share live music. “I’m sad to disappoint anyone and can only hope we will be in each other’s company once I return to health,” she added. This hopeful statement indicates that her followers have nothing serious to worry about because the singer will definitely reunite with them through stage shows later on after recovery from her illness.

The Guts Tour of Olivia Rodrigo Opening Act

On July 19th, PinkPantheress the twenty-three-year-old sensation, has been captivating audiences as one of the opening acts on Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts tour. Her journey commenced with a stellar performance at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center. She had San Francisco the next day and Saturday and then Vancouver on August 9th as her next stops for this tour but all these have been cancelled because these highly anticipated dates have all been scrapped to the disappointment of her fans. PinkPantheress was also expected to make appearances at various high-profile festivals and perform some solo sets apart from being just an opener on Guts tour. Among these were her much-awaited presence at Miami’s III Points festival, and a show in Melbourne on October 29th by herself.

Additionally, all her scheduled opening dates for Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres Australian leg tour that was supposed to go through November have also been cancelled. For most part of this year, PinkPantheress has been touring extensively with her own Capable of Love Tour. It started off in Dublin in February which led to several shows across different European cities. In United States she brought her mesmerizing performances to New York City among other major metropolises such as Houston and Los Angeles, after completing her European stint. But despite having such a busy schedule and working so hard on honing her craft, PinkPantheress has decided against continuing with any further shows so that she can put herself first regarding health matters.
