McDowell Mountain Music Fest, or M3F Fest, is a three-day annual event that takes over the McDowell Mountain area annually at the beginning of March. There aren\u2019t too many chances like this where you can genuinely enjoy the short-lived winter temperatures in Phoenix like you\u2019re able to at M3F<\/span><\/a>.
