New Industry LyvWel Energy gum VS Rev Gum who is the better player?

Lets first start with what is energy gum?

Energy gum is a type of chewing gum that is formulated to provide a boost of energy or alertness. It may contain ingredients like caffeine, taurine, or other stimulants that are intended to increase energy and focus. Some energy gums also contain vitamins or nutrients that are believed to contribute to overall health and well-being.

Energy gum is often marketed to people who need an energy boost, such as athletes, students, or busy professionals.

The difference?

Both Rev & LyvWel energy gum have significant differences in  ingredients. LyvWel is all natural and Rev has artificial sweeteners and color additives. Before I go into the ingredients, I wanted to provide you with taste. I tried LyvWel’s 100mg Fresh mint and compared it to Rev’s 100mg Spearmint. I found both pieces of gum to be ok. Knowing that they wouldn’t taste like regular gum, I believe they both can improve a bit on flavor. Rev’s minus was that their gum was powdery and I felt like I swallowed some, LyvWel’s was a bit stronger on the taste and a bit harder to chew. I will post the rankings at below then describe everything else.

LyvWel 100mg Fresh Mint-  7.4/10

Flavor- 6/10 (loses flavor a bit faster)

Effect- 10/10 (the 100mg packed a punch)

Texture- 7/10 (outer layer looked good)

Softness- 5/10 (hard shell, then softer)

Ingredients- 9/10 (all natural, plant based sweetners)

Rev 100mg Spearmint 5.4/10

Favor- 8/10 (lasted a decent amount of time)

Effect- 5/10 (did not feel it as much as the other brand)

Texture- 5/10 (mainly because it was very powdery)

Softness- 8/10 (A good piece of gum after the powdery parts over)

Ingredients- 1/10 (food coloring, artificial Sweeteners for 2023 that does not cut it for me)

General outlook

It’s generally a good idea to choose products that are made with all-natural ingredients, as these tend to be healthier and safer than products that contain artificial additives. In the case of energy gum, Rev Energy gum may not be the best choice because it contains artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose, and acesulfame K, as well as food coloring.

Aspartame is a low-calorie sweetener that is often used as a sugar substitute in products like gum, diet drinks, and sugar-free candy. However, some studies have suggested that aspartame may be linked to a variety of health problems, including headaches, dizziness, and even cancer.

Sucralose is another low-calorie sweetener that is often used in place of sugar. Like aspartame, it has been linked to a number of health problems, including digestive issues, allergic reactions, and impaired glucose tolerance

Acesulfame K is another artificial sweetener that has been linked to a variety of health problems, including allergic reactions, and impaired glucose tolerance.

Food coloring, such as yellow and blue, is often added to products for aesthetic purposes. While food coloring is generally considered safe, some people may be sensitive or allergic to certain dyes, and excessive consumption of certain dyes has been linked to hyperactivity in children.

LyvWel energy gum, on the other hand, is made with all-natural ingredients and does not contain any artificial sweeteners or food coloring. This makes it a healthier and safer choice than Rev Energy gum. It’s always a good idea to read labels and do your research before purchasing any product, especially when it comes to food and beverages.

Overall I would definitely keep a pack of energy gum in my car, and both are way better in terms of calories compared to energy drinks and energy shots. My personal preference is all natural but it has limited availability since it joined the market later. Let us know what you think in the comments. Also keep in mind we selected the top seller for both brands. They have other flavors and milligrams available. Happy shopping!
