According to a Houston Police Department news release, a silver BMW, which was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes on the 6600 block of the Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10), collided head-on with a silver Tesla Cybertruck. The fire was so intense that only the BMW was visible on the road; therefore, the Cybertruck must have hit the Freightliner 18-wheeler with great force to separate the part where the BMW was burning.
After the crash, the BMW caught fire, and then the Freightliner 18-wheeler was hit by the Cybertruck. Sgt. R. Dallas of HPD Vehicular Crimes Division and Officer R. Young ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌informed.

He died in a wrong-way collision. The authorities stated that the location of the accident was Katy Freeway (I-10) in Houston and that the incident took place after midnight.
A silver BMW was traveling westbound on Katy Freeway but was going the wrong way (eastbound) when it collided head-on with a silver Tesla Cybertruck. The BMW caught fire after the collision while the Cybertruck collided with a blue Freightliner 18-wheeler.
