Kim Porter’s Kids Remember Her on Her 55th Birthday
Kim Porter’s kids are still celebrating their mom’s life.
On the occasion of the late model’s 55th birthday, her and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ twin daughters, D’Lila and Jessie Combs, commemorated the day with an adorable Instagram post.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY,” the 18-year-olds captioned their post on Dec. 15 with a vintage photo of them and Kim. “We love u sooooooo much. We miss you so freaking much and we know you are always walking by our sides. #foreverkp.”
Kim’s birthday was also celebrated by the arrival of a new and old post by her and Diddy’s son Christian Combs.
He shared a bunch of throwback photos with his mom and wrote, “HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!” “I miss you sooo soo much,” the 27-year-old continued. “If only I could be there with you now, then I would hug and kiss you!! You are the reason I keep going every day! I love you and miss you mommy! #Foreverkp.”

Kim — who lost her life in 2018 at the age of 47 after a fight with pneumonia — was also the mother of Quincy Brown that she had with singer Al B. Sure! The Dope actor, giving a hint that his mom’s old photos might have been taken out of the camera or even found, wrote that he came across an old camera full of photos of his mom.
“Happy Birthday Mommy!,” he captioned the photo on Dec. 15. “Always lucky and thankful for the power you kept within me.”
The 34-year-old commented on the intimate photo, “I love u Mommy! I had to share this gem wit yall on her day.” After Kim’s passing, as she left a void to be filled, the ones who loved her the most, including her best friend Kimora Lee Simmons, have not only been doing the work of maintaining her memory but also staying close to her kids.

“I’m the auntie, whatever they need, and they are very close to us and my kids,” Kimora: The Fab Lane ex-star Kimora Lee Simmons told USA Today in an interview that was published on Dec. 10. “We are living very close to each other, literally just a few steps across the street. We are very, very close. I keep my eye on them as I have been doing since they were born. I wasn’t born with them but I was there when they were born. I love them. I’m so proud of them.”
Kimora has gone on to say that children of Kim and Diddy, the twin daughters, are going to be the next generation of the mother: “They have so many things they want to get into, from fashion to modeling. They are as beautiful as their mother. They are her, I tell you.”
