Kim, 45, was spotted getting out of a chauffeur-driven vehicle wearing a brown suede trench coat, designer sunglasses, and heels. She was seen standing next to pink personalized Goyard luggage and green Rimowa suitcases while holding a Hermès JPG shoulder Birkin.
Meanwhile, Hamilton, 41, was captured going in a separate door dressed in a casual grey tracksuit and boots.
The source says that Kardashian came over to the UK just this week for a romantic weekend with none other than the Formula 1 star.

The rumored A-listers allegedly spent a discreet weekend at the lavish Estelle Manor. The pair indulged in a private dinner and a couples’ massage in the luxury of the estate. Kim Kardashian arrived in the UK on her £100 million private jet just for the 24-hour meeting, along with her team of three bodyguards.
After landing at Oxford Airport on Saturday afternoon, Kim was taken to the estate by car, while Lewis Hamilton came by helicopter from London about an hour later. The Sun newspaper states that the two went into the main house for their bedroom—which costs start at £1,000 a night—and they used private areas of the hotel for the rest of their time there. Passersby saw that the pair ”looked very romantic” and that the atmosphere was charged with love.”
The luxury date, which covers spa access and private jet costs, could be estimated to have reached a total of £120,000. The two left together at 11 a.m., Sunday, getting in the same cars that had first brought Kim from the airport.
