Kim Kardashian exposes a frightful moment in her health on The Kardashians, and she associates it with stress.
Kim Kardashian is conveying to the world a diagnosis that has taken her by surprise.
The 45-year-old mom of four turns tearful in a snippet of the next season of the family’s Hulu series, The Kardashians, which was shown during the premiere.
In the footage, Kim is visually depicted as going into an MRI machine and subsequently informing her relatives, “There was a little aneurysm.” Elder sister Kourtney Kardashian reacting to the news with disbelief says, “Whoa!”
Regarding the doctor’s explanation for the occurrence of the aneurysm, Kim informs her family, “They were like, ‘Just stress.’”
Kim linked her health scare to the increased pressure that came from her law studies and the divorce from Kanye West.
Through the video, the SKIMS founder is shown having a hard time and shedding tears, probably due to a part of her bar exam for law school that she didn’t understand. However, after announcing the aneurysm, the segment switches to Kim shedding tears and talking about her divorce from the ex Kanye “Ye” West, the father of her four children.
“I am glad that it is finished,” she said. “No matter what, my ex will be in my life. We have four kids together.” Later on, she is seen sitting at a table and saying, “Last night I was like, ‘Why the f—- is this happening?'”
Kim, who thought that her symptoms had worsened due to the fight with Ye, is being told what a brain aneurysm is and how stress is related to it.
One of the causes related to stress is a brain aneurysm, which the Mayo Clinic describes as “a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain.” There are different types depending on the place and the degree of the bulge, and they are considered quite frequent.
“If the brain aneurysm leaks or ruptures, it causes bleeding in the brain, known as a hemorrhagic stroke,” the Mayo Clinic explains. “Brain aneurysms are common. However, most of them are not serious, especially if they are small. The majority of brain aneurysms do not rupture.”
Kim, through her show, has been recording the challenges that she faces with Ye. In the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, she revealed that her skin condition had just gone up because of stress.
Kim revealed that the stress of co-parenting with Ye has caused her psoriasis to flare up while she is busy protecting their kids.
“I haven’t had psoriasis since the time I got divorced, and it is only now that it has started to come back,” she said, adding that she has been feeling “pretty tested” by West, whom she married in 2014 and divorced in 2021.
“I mean, I have psoriasis again. I probably felt more stressed just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect.”
Kim stated that she is committed to protecting their children—North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6—and mentioned that recently one of them overheard their dad’s behavior.
Kim promises to raise her children with the truth about their father while she departs from the idea that she is responsible for Kanye.
Kim declared, “They’re gonna know things. They’re gonna grow up, they’re gonna see. So my job as a mom is to just make sure that—at a time when that behavior is happening—is just to make sure that they’re protected.”
About West, she said: “I always felt really bad and really protective and I always wanted to help him. I’d think, ‘I should’ve stuck it out’ or ‘I could’ve helped,’ but this was the first time I didn’t feel that responsibility personally.’”
“It is so f—— sad,” she said about the situation.
