The businesswoman revealed that she changed her exercise regime significantly when she relocated to Miami.
In the past, she used to do a lot of cardio and focused on yoga and pilates, Ivanka Trump switched to weightlifting and resistance training and said that it has been ‘transformative’ for her physique.
“I’ve been working out a lot it has been transformative in helping me build muscle and change my body composition,” she said in an interview when speaking of her workout regime. Instead of trying to follow complex routines, she focuses on doing fundamental movements such as lower-body squats, deadlifts, and hinges, and upper-body push and pulls.
“I believe in a strength training approach that uses foundational, time-tested, and simplified movements to build functional strength for life,” she added.

The diet change that helped Ivanka Trump get a toned body
Ivanka Trump revealed that she made a dramatic change in her diet in order to help her fitness ambitions. Actually, she regards weightlifting as the major reason that transformed her body.
Besides consuming nutritious meals, the businesswoman added that if she desires muscular growth, a total dietary overhaul would be her point of departure.
“I believe the major change that I implemented was elevating my protein intake,” she disclosed to the Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast. “It really does what it says on the tin I have never been stronger! Ivanka Trump mentioned that during the days of her strength training attempts, she never noticed results because she lacked sufficient protein in her diet.
Afterwards she said that she was seeing a marked change in her body as she ate more protein and worked out more often. “My health took a turn for the better. I am feeling very good. It was a mixture of protein, resistance training, and weightlifting.”

The reason why surfing is in Ivanka’s fitness routine
This might be a reason why taking up surfing turned out to be a refreshing change for Ivanka Trump. She is an entrepreneur who has been struggling to keep a work-life balance healthy while working on a political career.

Surfing, padel tennis, ocean swimming, wakesurfing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), hiking, walking, and golf are some of the things that Ivanka Trump enjoys doing in her free time.
In addition to yoga and surfing, Ivanka Trump has been practicing BJJ as it brings a number of physical and mental health benefits to the table.
“I think it’s really interesting, the connection between physical and mental health, the mind-body connection. I think about BJJ as the philosophy of the mind, the body, the soul,” she said in an interview with Lex Fridman.
The businesswoman recently took to Instagram to reflect on her journey and post a photo of herself at the gym with a caption that read, “Strong body / Strong mind!” Ivanka Trump has noted that while the workouts are important, she has come to realize that there is no best way to work out.
“I think it’s important to realize that there is no ideal fitness program. There is something that you will stick to, that you will commit to,” she said.
