The sheriff’s office of the Frederick County named Hottle as one of two individuals driving a car involved in a crash. Speeding and losing control, leading to hitting a roadside culvert, were charges against the driver.
Different units, including deputies and firefighters from the Division of Fire and Rescue Services of Frederick County responding to an emergency call, arrived at the scene of a vehicle accident involving only one automobile on Wed.
The call came a little after 2:52 in the morning at block 1400 of Windsor Road in the hamlet of Ijamsville, southeast of Frederick, which is the location they were responding to.
Kaylee Hottle from Texas was admitted to the hospital first, and then it became apparent to the doctor that she should be put into critical care because her case would lead to life-threatening complications.
