Jose Battle requests a political murder from his new associate Bumpy Johnson, Malcolm X is apprehended by Saudi officials while travelling to Mecca, and the district attorney’s office targets Mayme for her criminal connections.

When two uniformed officers attack the Geechee, Bumpy, and Battle in an attempt to seize control of the local 27th police station, Stella must decide whether to turn Colombo into the feds.

Bumpy and Colombo compete for dominance of the heroin trade when Monsieur 98 arrives to deliver the next cargo, Omar makes a romantic pitch to Elise, and Pettigrew finds cocaine via a love connection with a Cuban lady.

Bumpy uses Battle’s CIA ties to ensure a consistent supply of a new drug: cocaine. When Battle is jailed, Bumpy must find a method to free him and track down the mole. Bumpy realizes that Malcolm X has more adversaries than they realized.
