The album’s milestone achievements

When the album made its debut in 2014, even as ‘Multiply,’ it’s worth noting that the sales globally have surpassed 22 million. “Thinking Out Loud” was particularly successful and won Sheeran two Grammy Awards in 2015, one for Best Pop Solo Performance and another for Song of the Year. In the same year, the song also reached number two on Billboard Hot 100 Chart, thus indicating that it was widely acclaimed and popular.

Last week on Instagram, Ed Sheeran wrote some thoughts about how the process felt for him. His music “times” was created while he also experienced life changing events. Looking back now, after ten years have gone by since then – he seemed amazed at what had happened personally as well as professionally with himself during all those years.

The Creation of “Multiply” Album

Ed Sheeran goes into detail about how long it took to make this record, three years between 2011 and 2014 which he says were crucial times for him when everything went “mad.” It wasn’t just his music career that changed during that period; he also traveled extensively, fell in and out of love with people from different countries while working closely alongside industry heavyweights across the globe. All these experiences made creating multiply feel like being on a rollercoaster followed by lows then highs all at once! Further in the caption, Ed Sheeran expressed his eagerness about reliving those memories with his fans at the upcoming “Multiply” anniversary show. He wants to revisit many beautiful moments together with his audience during the summer concerts.
