Zo Caswell came on board the NFL wives‑and‑girlfriends circle with full honors after her fiancé, quarterback Dillon Gabriel, inked a deal with the Cleveland Browns in June 2025. The pair, who were both in the seventh grade at the time of meeting in Hawaii and went out together throughout high school, shared their improbable meet‑cute story with KOIN in December 2024. “The crazy thing is that we actually got to know each other through gardening,” Caswell said. “He kept getting more and more to my side and I was like, ‘Who is this strange guy?'”

She recalled that he suggested her moving with him to the University of Oklahoma, and after consenting, he popped the question two years later.

Just like Gabe, Caswell is also from Hawaii. On her LinkedIn, she mentions that she was raised in Honolulu and says that she is “very grateful” for her time on the island, which gave her “different cultures and unique local practices.” She often posts pictures of her visits home on Instagram — in April 2022 she said that she could “never be more excited” to return.

They met in middle school

One day in the middle school which they both Caswell and Gabriel, came across each other in summer between sixth and seventh grade when they were both new students in a Hawaii orientation class. After a brief middle school relationship, they teamed up their senior year of high school and developed a committed couple. Half a year before their graduation, Gabriel moved to UCF in Orlando to play and for the next three years, the two were in a “kinda off and on” long-distance relationship, Caswell shared this with her TikTok followers. Subsequently, after Gabriel transfered to the University of Oklahoma, he invited Caswell to move with him there in January 2022 – and she consented.

She opted for business administration as her career field

Firstly, she took Business Administration course at the University of Oklahoma for one year. She graduated with a bachelor of business administration and management degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May 2023. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at the Colangelo College of Business, Grand Canyon University, which she started in August 2023 and plans to finish by 2025.Caswell is in charge of the content creation for Boston Celtics Instagram and TikTok. Caswell and Gabriel got engaged in 2024

The two announced their engagement in September 2024, and they have said that they are expecting a wedding in the summer of 2026 with a Catholic ceremony and then a larger celebration.
On Sept. 1, 2024, Zo Caswell and Dillon Gabriel disclosed their engagement via a joint Instagram post captioned simply, “9/1/2024 ,” along with photos from the proposal. Dillon Gabriel has always been very clear that he holds Caswell in high regard. As a birthday tribute to her this past February, he said that he “could not picture” life without her and termed himself both “blessed and lucky” to love her. He showered their relationship with love — “I love growing with you and making memories we will tell our kids about” — and through all their up and downs he wrote that he felt freedom with her: “No words even need to be said… I’m blessed and lucky I get to love you and be your other half .”

Caswell praises Gabriel after Heisman recognition

He was the third at the Heisman Trophy Awards and after that, she said, “I can’t really tell you how proud I am of you,” which was her way of expressing the utmost importance. Caswell responded to the Heisman announcement in New York with an Instagram message to Gabriel early December 2024, not only congratulating him for his great performance on the field but also recognizing his personal development. She said, “I can’t tell you enough how proud I am of you,” and went on to say that “a moment like the Heisman awards really puts a spotlight on your journey, both as an athlete and as a person, has been nothing but exceptional.” She went on to say that he is an incredible source of inspiration to her and that she is “so privileged to be on your team and share this life with you.” (Via The Register‑Guard.)
