Denise Richards Moves Out — and Saves Her Pets
Denise Richards went back to her home from which she separated with a number of moving trucks on Saturday.
As per the pictures acquired by Page Six, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was photographed on Saturday with four movers as she disconnected the furniture of the house – and took her 15 dogs away – from the Calabasas, Calif., a rental that she shared with her husband, Aaron Phypers, now separated.
Richards, 54, looked comfortable but sporty for the day she had to do a lot of work and she was dressed in a black T-shirt, sweatpants, and sneakers.
Clearing Out the Calabasas Home
While Richards was coordinating the move with the crew, she was incognito Richards by wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a jacket tied around her waist.
Richards’ ex-spouse, Aaron Phypers, 52, has just made public a video describing the estate as a “hoarding” mess. As per the reports, the movers had to wear face masks to deal with the dust and putrid air in the house.
Irv Richards, her father, was there to support her for the difficult day and he assisted her in packaging and moving the 15 dogs to a different place.
Divorce Battle Continues
Aside Richards, 54, and Phypers, 52, neither their representatives nor any of them have commented to Page Six.
The decision of Sept. 8 allowed her to get her things from the Calabasas home, even though the restraining order is still in effect.
The pair have been in a bitter divorce fight ever since Phypers decided to separate in July and their exchanges going back and forth in court have been very intense and are still ongoing.
Abuse Allegations and Escalating Accusations
Emerged as a result of the relocation, Richards blamed Phypers for “frequently” and “violently” abusing her – allegations which Phypers categorically denied.”
Besides, Phypers received more criticism for the way he went and killed Richards’ dog Melanie without asking her, a shoot that he justified saying, “Denise hasn’t interacted with the animals in two years.” ”
Consequently, Phypers responded to Richards by throwing at her numerous allegations, that included an affair with Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test trainer Rudy Reyes and Vicodin addiction.
Richards’ lawyer vigorously denied the allegations and communicated to People, “Ms. Richards will not react to Mr. Phypers’ lying accusations in any public forum but will provide her response to Mr. Phypers’ abuse in Court.”
Clashing Claims Over the Marital Home
Not long ago Phypers made a shocking statement accusing Richards of “hoarding” and alleged that she had left their $3.5 million rental “in a terrible state”. He also did a little Inside Edition “show and tell” with the “miserable” house as the star, where he indicated stained rugs, clothes full of holes, and other sorts of damage.
Contrastingly, Richards described the house in a very different way. In her affidavit, she revealed that she left the house two years ago and claimed that Phypers and his relatives “have damaged the property deeply and have left the house in a mess”.
Family Tensions Amid Divorce
As of now, Aaron Phypers stays at the bottom part of the Calabasas house together with his parents, Patricia and Steven Phypers, and his brother.
On the broadcast of the home tour, Aaron’s mom gave her take, saying: “I adored Denise and treated her like a daughter, and I really don’t understand.”
Richards and Phypers tied the knot in Malibu, California in 2018, but their relationship has gone downhill to a messy divorce fight.
